1. Remember when it is the start of the winter season leave all vents unobstructed.
2. Set the temperature on the the thermostat and keep it at the same temperature; don’t keep changing it.
3. If you have a possible problem and you have to call a technician –
don’t be upset with them – don’t forget they are out in the cold chilly
weather trying to make you more comfortable.
4. If it’s been a while since you had your furnace inspected be sure to have a winter inspection by a licensed contractor.
5. Having this winter inspection will help prevent those emergencies for that “no heat” call during out next very cold spell.
